1. Introduction

Welcome to SportsDaddy (“SportsDaddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Vexial LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website and use our player-prop research and matchup-analytics service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

This Privacy Policy is written for individuals located in the United States, which is who the Service is intended for. If you access the Service from outside the United States, see Section 12 (International Users).

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

When you create an account or subscribe to SportsDaddy, we collect information such as your name, email address, and password. If you purchase a subscription, our payment processor, RevenueCat, collects your billing information directly; SportsDaddy does not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. If you contact support, join a waitlist, or opt into marketing communications (including SMS, if and when offered), we collect the information you provide in that context, such as your email address or phone number.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. We may also infer your approximate geographic location — such as state or region — from your IP address, for analytics purposes and to help us understand which jurisdictions our users are accessing the Service from. This is approximate regional information, not precise, real-time location tracking.

c. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior data in an anonymous or pseudonymous form, which we use to compile reports and improve the Service. We do not currently use any other third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics tools beyond Google Analytics. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy.

You can learn more about how Google collects and processes data at Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy), and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your cookie preferences.

d. Payment Information

If you subscribe to the Service, our third-party payment processor, RevenueCat, collects and processes your billing information (such as your payment card number) directly. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers, but we may receive limited information from RevenueCat — such as the last four digits of your card, card type, billing name, and transaction status — for account management and support purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process subscription payments and manage your account
  • Understand usage patterns and improve the Service via Google Analytics
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
  • Send you service-related communications and, where you've opted in, marketing communications by email or SMS
  • Infer your approximate geographic region to understand where our users are located and to support jurisdictional compliance efforts
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with sportsbooks or other third parties for their own advertising purposes. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, customer support tools, and Google Analytics)
  • Sportsbook and sports-data API providers strictly to deliver odds and stats within the Service (no personal account information is shared with these providers)
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies, including cookies set by Google Analytics, to remember your preferences and understand how the Service is used. These generally fall into two categories: strictly necessary cookies (such as those that keep you logged in) and analytics cookies (such as those set by Google Analytics). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is currently no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Service does not change its behavior based on a Do Not Track signal at this time.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to the retention settings we configure within Google Analytics, subject to Google's own available options and policies.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Separately, and regardless of COPPA, the Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and using the Service in connection with sports wagering may require a higher minimum age depending on your jurisdiction — see our Terms of Service, Section 4. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, or from a user who does not otherwise meet our minimum age requirements, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

a. General Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@vexial.dev. You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time as described in Section 2(c).

b. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not currently collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of that authorization and may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

c. Other State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Contact us at support@vexial.dev to exercise these rights; we will respond as required by the law that applies to you, and, where the applicable law provides for it, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our response.

d. How to Exercise These Rights

You can submit a privacy request by emailing support@vexial.dev. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We do not charge a fee for a reasonable number of requests, and we will respond within the time period required by applicable law.

10. Marketing Communications

If you opt into marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails or by contacting us. SportsDaddy does not currently operate an SMS marketing program; if one is introduced (see our Terms of Service, Section 19), participation will require your separate opt-in consent, and you will be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at support@vexial.dev.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including sportsbooks, that are not owned or controlled by SportsDaddy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing your information to it.

12. International Users

The Service is designed for individuals located in the United States, and we process personal information in the United States. If you choose to access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. We do not currently offer separate disclosures for non-U.S. privacy regimes, such as the EU/UK GDPR.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
